Easy Peanut Butter Fudge – 4 Ingredients

One of my very favorite nostalgic sweets to bring to Christmas gatherings (and maybe keep some extra for us) is peanut butter fudge. The rich, creamy peanut buttery goodness melts in your mouth, and it’s virtually impossible to have a baking mishap (bonus!). I have been obsessed for as long as I can remember. My mom would have us help her make batch after batch every Christmas. Somehow I was always stuck stirring the milk and sugar mixture so it wouldn’t burn on the stove #youngestchildprobs

I usually halve the recipe if I’m making it for my hubby and I, but I definitely double it for the holidays. I invite you try it out and let me know what you think. Any add-ins or tweaks? Please share (I love to sprinkle peanuts on top sometimes)!
